All orders under 25kg will be sent via Sendle.

Once your order has been processed, you will be emailed a tracking number so you can track your order’s progress.

Alternatively, if you live locally, collection from our head office in Evanston Park, South Australia is available. You will be contacted via email to confirm collection details once your order is ready.

In most circumstances – once an order has been placed it cannot be amended. However, please contact us if any issues arise.

Processing Times

Off-the-shelf orders will be dispatched within one business day. 

Custom built pendant light orders will be assembled and dispatched within 2 business days.

Custom feature lights will be manufactured and dispatched within 20 business days

Out of Stock

There may be instances when items purchased are sold out/unavailable on the same day of purchase. When this happens, all efforts to source this item will be made.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from us. This will contain all the details of your delivery so you can track the progress of your order at any time. If you have further inquiries as to where your order is, you can contact hello@rusticlightingco.com.au.
